My wife and I just bought our first house. Carpet in the storage room downstairs was a bit musky and needed to be replaced. Tom met with us the night we closed with samples to help get the job done quickly between closing and us moving in. He came out and helped advise even though it was a small job. We were so happy with the carpet service they provided us. We had an issue with Lowe's completing our carpet installation on a Friday and created more issues and costs for us.
